About the Rain

Rain falls down as fine as fog

Cleanses every pain

Clears the mind from any thoughts

Flows into the heart

Rain falls down in heavy, thick drops

Hammers on concrete

Beats against the gridlocked minds

Carries fear away

Rain whips against car windshields

Forces standstills now

Mobiles brick itself, dams break

Senseless is the stress

Rain roars fierce as wild waters

Overflows the dikes

Morass from the cellars rises

Makes equal everyone
